Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Made-to-Order Prints
As each print is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please check your selection carefully before purchasing.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
